USER AGREEMENT

Since beginning to use the system and entering your personal information means that you have accepted the conditions set out below in advance, please do not use the system if these conditions are not suitable for you.

Entry into Force of the Agreement
a. The Member shall be deemed to have accepted the terms set forth in this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be deemed to have entered into force, as of the moment the registration process is completed or, if proceeding without becoming a member in order to place an order, as of the moment the Member shares their information.
The Agreement shall automatically become null and void without the need for any notice upon termination of the Membership or the occurrence of any of the termination events specified in this Agreement.
Rules of Use and Security
a. SULTAN ET VE GIDA is a website open to the use of all its members. A member of SULTAN ET VE GIDA may begin using www.sultanet.com by entering their email address and password after completing the registration process and confirming their email address, provided that they comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
b. The username, password, and similar information provided to or determined by Members may not be used by third parties or organizations.
The Member shall be responsible for the confidentiality of information such as the username and password provided to the Member. SULTAN ET VE GIDA shall have no responsibility for the use of this information by any person other than the Member or for monitoring such use. Likewise, the Member may not use another person’s IP address, email address, username, or other information on the internet, nor may the Member access or use the private information of other Members without permission. The Member shall bear all legal and criminal liability arising from such use.
c. Software that threatens the general security of the website or prevents the website and the software used from operating may not be used. No information may be obtained, deleted, or modified from the website by such means.
d. SULTAN ET VE GIDA is open to all kinds of criticism. All such criticism submitted to our website shall belong to us and may be used for marketing purposes.
Member’s Obligations
a. If it is determined by SULTAN ET VE GIDA that the Member has misused the campaigns, sales system, or website of SULTAN ET VE GIDA—including by exploiting any vulnerability (technical or otherwise) in such campaigns, sales system, or website; damaging SULTAN ET VE GIDA; obtaining an unjust benefit; carrying out repeated actions; engaging in false acts; or benefiting from campaigns or sales conditions despite failing to meet the required conditions—then, in addition to all rights arising under applicable law, SULTAN ET VE GIDA shall have the right to cancel such transactions, terminate the User’s membership, and immediately terminate the sales agreement unilaterally.
b. Due to the Member’s failure to comply with the obligations specified in this Agreement or the general rules announced on www.sultanet.com, SULTAN ET VE GIDA may temporarily or permanently prevent the Member from using www.sultaet.com and/or submitting content, and/or may cancel the membership.
c. It is the Member’s responsibility to back up messages exchanged with SULTAN ET VE GIDA.
d. The Member may not take actions that prevent or make it difficult for other members and visitors to use SULTAN ET VE GIDA, overload or lock the servers or databases using automated programs, or attempt to corrupt the data. Otherwise, the Member accepts that their membership will be terminated and assumes all legal and criminal liability that may arise from such conduct.
e. Membership cancellation and account deletion may be performed by the user through www.sultanet.com. The user’s authorization to log in to the website as a member shall be revoked upon termination of their membership.
f. The Member accepts that, as of the moment they begin benefiting from the Service, they shall be deemed to have accepted all provisions of this participation agreement and that the Agreement shall be binding upon them. The Member shall fully compensate SULTAN ET VE GIDA for all losses it may incur due to the Member’s violation of the obligations undertaken under this Agreement; SULTAN ET VE GIDA shall have the right of recourse against the Member for any compensation and/or administrative or judicial fines that SULTAN ET VE GIDA may be required to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the Member’s conduct in breach of the Agreement.
