CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN TERMS
GENERAL:
If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you will be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Purchasers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs related to the shipment of the product shall be paid by the purchasers.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the purchaser, provided that the statutory period of 30 days is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Purchaser may terminate the agreement.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and, where applicable, together with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.
If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the Seller must notify the Purchaser of this situation in writing within 3 days from the date on which the Seller becomes aware of it. The total amount must be refunded to the Purchaser within 14 days.
IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the Purchaser does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE USING AN UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD:
If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used by the Purchaser for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Purchaser must return the product covered by the agreement to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If force majeure events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Purchaser shall be notified. The Purchaser may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Purchaser cancels the order and made the payment in cash, the amount shall be paid back to the Purchaser in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the Purchaser paid by credit card and cancels the order, the price of the product shall again be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the date of cancellation; however, the bank may transfer the amount to the Purchaser’s account within 2–3 weeks.
THE PURCHASER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The Purchaser shall inspect the goods/services covered by the agreement before accepting delivery and shall not accept from the courier company any damaged or defective goods/services, such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging. The delivered goods/services shall be deemed to have been received undamaged and in good condition. The PURCHASER must carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The PURCHASER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement by rejecting the goods, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, provided that the SELLER is notified through the contact details below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the purchased product is delivered to the Purchaser or to the person/organization at the address specified by the Purchaser.

If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible for a reason attributable to the PURCHASER, the PURCHASER shall compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to the PURCHASER’s fault. However, the PURCHASER shall not be responsible for changes or deterioration arising from the proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal period.
If exercising the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the campaign threshold set by the SELLER, the discount amount benefited from under the campaign shall be cancelled.

Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables such as toner, cartridges, and ribbons must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and untested in order to be eligible for return.
DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the PURCHASER makes payment by credit card and defaults, the PURCHASER accepts, declares, and undertakes that interest will be payable and that the PURCHASER will be liable to the cardholder’s bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between them. In this case, the relevant bank may initiate legal proceedings and may claim any resulting expenses and attorney’s fees from the PURCHASER. In all cases, if the PURCHASER defaults due to the debt, the PURCHASER accepts that they will pay the SELLER for any losses and damages incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.
