It is produced by blending heat-treated chicken meat with special spices, filling it into casings, and allowing it to rest. The recommended storage conditions for the product are 0–4°C, where it maintains its shelf life as long as the package remains unopened. After opening, it should be consumed within 2–3 days or frozen and stored in a deep freezer.
